The Divertability Analysis (DA) provides an expanded view of a community’s discard stream and its potential order-of-magnitude values as marketable commodities. A set of five tools, the purpose is to stimulate community discussion.
Though not intended to be used as formal economic analysis tools, they provide a good foundation for further analysis.
