DESCRIPTION:Introduction to Zero Waste (IZW) is a four-hour online (Zoom) introductory class hosted and taught by Zero Waste USA board members and staff. During this class\, students will learn about Zero Waste principles\, the Zero Waste International Alliance’s (ZWIA) Zero Waste Hierarchy\, and the international\, peer-reviewed definition of Zero Waste. Students will also be introduced to Zero Waste principles and planning techniques for businesses\, institutions\, and communities.
